What are your delivery charges?
We offer Free Postage and Packing on orders over £20. If an order is under this amount the cost of £2 will display in your basket page during the checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
WEEK COMMENCING 5th JULY ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS
Otherwise, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (GMT) the same day.
Orders received after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day. However, we do try our best to get everything out the same day; we just cannot guarantee it after 1pm.
When will my order arrive?
All of our orders are sent via the Royal Mail First Class delivery service.
As we all know Royal Mail cannot 100% guarantee delivery the next day, however, 97% of their First Class items are delivered the next working day.
It’s urgent! I need to guarantee my make up arrives the next day, can you help?
We want to give you as much help as possible, So if that means guaranteeing we can get the order to you the next day then we will try our best. Please contact us via email on info@jimake-up.co.uk
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavor to keep our customers informed so that they are aware of the situation and know when to expect possible delays.
The Royal Mail categorizes a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, we will issue a refund or send your order again, whichever you prefer.
Can you deliver abroad?
Currently JI Make-Up can deliver to all countries in Europe. However, if there is an order you would like to send abroad or you are in a different country please email us at info@jimakeup.co.uk if we can help - we will.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so email us at info@jimake-up.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.
Other Reasons
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Reason for return/exchange along with your returned products.
Gift Returns
Unfortunately we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. This is to protect the security interests of the original purchaser. If you are unhappy with your make up, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a full refund.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Refund Time
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will make the refund within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
