As many of you know by now I run this website alone so I value your custom very much. I price check across the UK websites every single week, so search if you like but please do come back to me so I can give you the best deal you can find.
Just drop me an email with a link to the other product and I will come back to you in a flash! (well a few hours at least)
I will match any UK price providing the product is not on 'SALE' or a 'SPECIAL OFFER'

Where in the world do you ship to?
Anywhere you would like me to! UK and the rest of Europe. Postage is free when you spend over £20.
When placing your order if you would like it to go to an alternative delivery address just send me an email to confirm where you would like your make-up sent.

When will I receive my order?

WEEK COMMENCING 5th JULY ALL ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS 

Otherwise we aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (GMT) the same day. Orders received after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day. However, we do try our best to get everything out the same day; we just cannot guarantee it after 1pm.

All of our orders are sent via the Royal Mail First Class delivery service.
As we all know Royal Mail cannot 100% guarantee delivery the next day, however, 97% of their First Class items are delivered the next working day.

We want to give you as much help as possible, So if it is urgent and you need the order the next day then we will try our best. Please contact us via email on info@jimakeup.co.uk  

Are Jane Iredale products tested on animals?
None of the Jane Iredale products have been tested on animals.

Are Jane Iredale products suitable for vegans?
Please refer to the ingredients page and at the end of the list there will be details of products that are not suitable for Vegans

What happens if I choose the wrong shade of Jane Iredale make-up?
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and you feel you may have chosen the wrong shade, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so email us at info@jimakeup.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the item.

*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item and the item has not been used or damaged.

To also prevent choosing the wrong shade book why not book in for a consultation ?
You may also like to choose a sample with your order that are available from JI Make-Up to ‘try before you buy’ at the checkout.

Do you have Jane Iredale samples?
If you would like to request a free lipstick sample with your order then please click here . We will always try our best to send you the sample you have requested but we can not guarantee that the FREE sample on your order will be sent. We often experience a high level of demand for this service.
